International Deliveries
DPD EU & International Services
Typical delivery window: 3–10 working days depending on destination.
(Nearest EU countries ~3–4 days; furthest/remote routes up to 10 days.)

- We currently do not ship to the USA.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT and customs charges in the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fee and are payable by the recipient at delivery. For guidance, see DPD’s customs info here.

All orders are sent in discreet packaging.
If your order hasn't arrived within the specified timeframe shown for the chosen delivery method, please contact us within 10 days of the date we dispatched your order so we can investigate with the relevant handler. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or replace any missing deliveries reported to us after 10 working days.
